1. Payment Method

3. Order Modification & Cancellation
Once an order is submitted, it will be processed and may be accepted or rejected. If you cancel after authorization, a refund will be issued back to your PayPal account.

4. Delivery Timing
Shipping times vary based on your chosen option. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is dispatched—usually within 24 hours. Please note, we aren’t responsible for any customs delays.

5. Discount Codes
Multiple discount codes or promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.

6. Guest Checkout
You can make a purchase without an account. However, creating one offers benefits like quicker checkout, easier order tracking, and updates on new products and offers.

7. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately at service@clearwaterpurify.com. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.

9. Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
