Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.

Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact us at service@clearwaterpurify.com. If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective Products: We'll cover return shipping for defective items.
  • Customer Remorse: For returns due to personal preference, you're responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at service@clearwaterpurify.com.

Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Order Cancellation
If your order is canceled due to unavailability or other reasons, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
